Ron Yule was born in 1943 in Missouri and began playing the fiddle in 1968 while a student at the University of Texas, where he received a B.S. in microbiology. He later received his M.S. from McNeese in 1974 and worked as a health inspector for the State of Louisiana, retiring in 1999. In 1973, Ron began producing fiddle contests and promoting bluegrass shows throughout Louisiana and southeast Texas. He and his wife, Georgia, produced the first bluegrass/fiddle club and newsletter in the state of Louisiana, the Southwest Louisiana Fiddler and Bluegrass Club, from 1974 to 1976. Ron continues promoting several bluegrass shows each year, including the Beauregard Parish Fair Fiddle Contest, an event that has been viable since 1925. After retiring, Ron started a written documentation of fiddling, bluegrass, Cajun, and country music in Louisiana.

Trace grew up in Glenmora, LA. His love of music was evident at a young age. He was shocked when he realized other children his age, had no idea who Vern Gosdin or Merle Haggard was. He started teaching himself guitar at 11 years old. He knows this dream of playing of music has come this far because of his faith in God. His guitar has been his solace in life's experiences he has faced in his 20 years. The music influences of Vern Gosdin, Keith Whitley & Daryle Singletary, and Travis Tritt have put him on the path he's on today.

Bio by Brad: I started singing as the young age of 5 and started playing guitar at age 11. I am now one of the greatest semi-ok singing guitarists on my street! I’ve been in several bands over the past years, Chute 13, Wooden Nickel and now Solo and with No Mans Band! I play music ranging from Rock, Country, Pop spanning 1970 to today. I like to be the guy who knows the songs in your heart and can sing them back to you when you have forgotten the words! I started writing songs in 1995 but in 2014 I collaborated with songwriter Randy Boudreaux! Randy is a Louisiana songwriter with multi-million selling hits under his belt such as ”Alibis” (Tracy Lawrence), “Brokenheartsville “(Joe Nichols) and “She Loved a lot in Her Time” (George Jones) just to name a few! Together we are wrote some great music and most recently were asked to write and record the theme song for the City of Sulphur’s 100th year birthday, which we did, called “My Home Town Sulphur, Louisiana”.

If you've never attended one of my shows, don't let the hat fool ya! I play a bit of everything and some things that will surprise you! It's worth checking out at least once in your life!
